The formal request our team logs, verifies, and fulfills within the regulated deadline — for access (Art. 15) or erasure (Art. 17).

If you have an account, the fastest path is self-service: export a full JSON archive from Settings → Export, or delete your account from Settings → Delete. Use this form when you want a formal, tracked request — for example if you cannot sign in, or you want a case reference and a documented response under the statutory timeline. Our Privacy Policy describes what we hold and why.
